— These terms and conditions govern the use of the LAJK MI online store at lajkmi.myshopify.com.
— The store sells natural linen products.
— Acceptance of these terms is required to place an order.
— Orders are placed via the order form on the store website.
— After placing an order, the Customer receives confirmation via e-mail.
— The sales contract is concluded when the Seller confirms the order.
— All prices are in PLN and include VAT.
— Available payment methods: Shopify Payments, Przelewy24, BLIK, bank transfer.
— Payment is due at the time of placing the order.
— Detailed delivery information is available in the Shipping Policy.
— The Seller ships within Poland and selected EU countries.
— The Customer bears the delivery costs, unless free shipping is offered.
— The Seller is liable for physical and legal defects of goods under the Civil Code.
— Complaints can be submitted via e-mail to: likemikira@gmail.com.
— The Seller processes complaints within 14 days of receipt.
— The Consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

— Matters not regulated by these terms are governed by Polish law.
— The Seller reserves the right to amend these terms.
