The Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which the Consumer acquired physical possession of the goods.

The Seller shall reimburse all payments, including delivery costs (except additional costs from choosing a non-standard delivery), within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice.
The refund will use the same payment method as the original transaction.
The Seller may withhold the reimbursement until the goods have been received.

No later than 14 days from the day of withdrawal.
The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the Consumer.
The Consumer is liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and functioning of the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to individual order or specifications.
